These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Corpians reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Corpians is committed to maintaining a safe, trustworthy, and valuable platform for all users. This section outlines the actions we may take to enforce our Terms and Conditions, Code of Ethics, and other policies.
Review and Removal:
We actively review user-generated content, including reviews and comments. Content that violates our policies (e.g., false, misleading, offensive, spam, or infringing content) may be removed without prior notice.

Any concerns or suspected violations of this policy must be reported immediately through designated channels. All reports will be treated confidentially and investigated thoroughly. No Associated Person will suffer any detriment for raising a genuine concern in good faith, even if it turns out to be unfounded.
Violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract, and may also lead to civil or criminal penalties.
This Modern Slavery Code of Conduct ("Code") outlines the minimum standards expected from all suppliers, contractors, and business partners ("Suppliers") engaged with Corpians. This Code reflects our commitment to ethical business practices and the prevention of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains.
No Forced, Bonded, or Indentured Labor:
Suppliers must not use any form of forced, bonded, indentured, or involuntary prison labor.
No Human Trafficking:
Suppliers must not engage in or support human trafficking.
Freedom of Movement:
Workers must have the freedom to move and leave employment upon reasonable notice. Workers should not be required to surrender government-issued identification, passports, or work permits as a condition of employment.
No Child Labor:
Suppliers must not employ individuals below the legal minimum age for employment in the country where the work is performed, or below the age of 15, whichever is higher. If local law sets a higher age for hazardous work, that higher age shall apply.
Fair Wages:
Workers must be paid at least the minimum wage required by applicable law and provided with all legally mandated benefits.
Reasonable Working Hours:
Working hours must comply with applicable laws and industry standards. Overtime must be voluntary and compensated at the legally required premium rate.
Safe Environment:
Suppliers must provide a safe and healthy working environment for all workers, minimizing exposure to hazards and ensuring access to clean facilities.
Emergency Preparedness:
Emergency plans and procedures must be in place and regularly practiced.
No Discrimination:
Suppliers must not discriminate in hiring, compensation, access to training, promotion, termination, or retirement based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.
No Harassment or Abuse:
Suppliers must treat all workers with dignity and respect. Physical, psychological, sexual, or verbal harassment or abuse is strictly prohibited.
Right to Organize:
Suppliers must respect the right of workers to form and join trade unions of their own choosing, and to bargain collectively, as permitted by applicable laws.
Compliance with Laws:
Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries where they operate.
Record Keeping:
Suppliers must maintain accurate records to demonstrate compliance with this Code.
Cooperation:
Suppliers must cooperate with Corpians in any assessment or audit to verify compliance with this Code.
Suppliers are encouraged to report any concerns or suspected violations of this Code to Corpians. All reports will be treated confidentially and investigated appropriately.
Failure to comply with this Code may result in corrective action, including but not limited to, termination of the business relationship with Corpians.
