User Account Information:

Your chosen username, profile photo, and country location.

Information about Reviews and Ratings:

• The business and/or product you reviewed.
• The date your review was published.
• The type of review (service, location, or product).
• Your review content and star rating.
• Product photos or videos (if provided with your product review).
• The location of the business you reviewed (if relevant to the review type).
• The date of your experience with the business you reviewed.
• Information indicating if others found your review "useful."

Social Networks:

If you choose to connect your Corpians profile with your social media profiles (e.g., Facebook), we may automatically collect selected information from that social network based on your privacy settings and information you've made available. This may include your name, username, and profile photo. We will inform you precisely what information will be collected before the connection is made. You can disconnect your social network profile from Corpians at any time via your account settings. While your unique social network ID will be removed, your profile picture and name might be retained unless you manually change or request deletion.

For Corpians Business Account Holders (Public):

Business Account Information: Your company name and domain, and other details you choose to add to your public business profile (e.g., services offered, company address, country).

Replies to Reviews: Your name (if provided), company details, the content of your reply to a review, and the date of your reply.

User Account Information:

Your password and preferred language.

Contact Information:

Your name and email address, or any other contact details you may provide to us from time to time, whether provided directly to Corpians or from social networks.

Information about Reviews and Ratings:

• The dates you wrote your review, made any edits, or deleted the review.
• Your reference number, order ID, or similar (if you or the business provided one).
• If we ask you to provide information or documentation to verify your experience, and you send us such documentation, we will collect and process the documentation for the purpose(s) stated in the request.

Device and Location Information:

Your IP address, browser settings (the type of browser you use, browser language, time zone), and general location derived from IP.

Usage and Profiling Information:

Your Corpians search history, how you've interacted with our platform, or emails we send to you, including time you spend on our site, features or functions you've accessed, metadata and event data, marketing emails you've opened and links you've clicked.

Information about Views:

How many people read your review.

Your Verification Data (for Data Principals/Consumers):

Data provided during the verification process for consumers, such as your name, images of the documents you submitted, number and date of expiry of the documents you submitted, your age and date of birth. This is processed solely for verification purposes.

Information about questions you asked on a business's website (if applicable via Corpians tools):

Which business you asked a question, the product you asked the question about, the content of the question, the date you asked the question, and the business's response to the question.

Data Provided in Response to Information Requests by Businesses:

Businesses can ask reviewers about them and their experiences, including via our 'Request Information' tool. If you choose to respond, we will share any information you provide with the business, including but not limited to your full name, phone number, email address, and reference ID.

Preferences Information:

Selected preferences associated with your account, including specific consents you have given or declined, newsletters or similar email preferences and cookies containing your preferences.

Communication Information:

Includes communications we receive from you such as emails, chat messages, or other correspondence you send to us or through our platform.
